A prime example of Total Local Care in action is Harrington Physician Services, our growing affiliated physician group that provides high-quality, personalized care close to home. This growing multidisciplinary group employs more than 40 primary care and specialty physicians throughout Southern Worcester County, with offices in Brimfield, Charlton, Dudley, Southbridge, Sturbridge and Webster.
A brand new Charlton medical office, called Harrington HealthCare at Charlton (along on Route 20), is expected to be fully filled by spring 2010. On March 1, the second floor of the facility opened to the public with four primary care physicians recently employed by Harrington Physician Services: Monika Mathur, Martin Devine, Leah Doret and Elizabeth Fuller.
The building, when finished, will also house digital mammography, offered in collaboration with Harvard Medical Faculty physicians from Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, rehabilitation services, a phlebotomy draw station, and wound care treatment.
