The Clinical Coordinator is a Registered Nurse who is responsible for directing and coordinating
the activities of the nursing personnel in a manner reflective of the Hospital's philosophy and
objectives. S/he provides leadership, guidance and consultation to nursing personnel in all
clinical areas to insure achievement of continuity of optimal nursing care and increased job
satisfaction. S/he assumes administrative responsibilities for the general affairs of the Hospital
in the absence of the Assistant/Director of Nursing Services.

At least three years in a nursing management position during which time has demonstrated clinical competence, leadership and teaching ability, B.S.N. required, B.L.S./A.C.L.S. required.
