The Director will be part of the Management Team of Outpatient Behavioral Health and Harrington Hospital. Outpatient Recovery Services includes the following programs:
1. Alcohol and Drug Treatment
2. Suboxone Services
3. Methadone Clinical Services
4. Court Ordered DUI and 2nd Offender Programs.
5. Anger Management

Responsibilities include:
1. Administrative and clinical leadership
2. Program development
3. Staff supervision - hiring, training, evaluating of clinical and administrative staff
4. Overseeing program finances
5. Writing and monitoring state contracts/grants
6. Strategic planning
7. Working closely with the Dudley District Court and East Brookfield Court.

Qualifications for this position:
1. Licensed as an LICSW, LMHC, or PhD.
2. 3-5 years Experience with Substance Abuse Treatment
3. 3 years supervisory experience in a clinical setting
