38 hr phlebotomist to cover outpatients, TCU morning draws, 1PM rounds at nursing homes, ER and late shift on rotating basis.

The Phlebotomist under the supervision of the Laboratory Director and Laboratory Supervisor is responsible for the daily drawing of blood from patients. The ability to be sympathetic and polite to patients, as well as other para-Hospital personnel is a must. The Phlebotomist is also responsible for testing urines for glucose and for keeping the drawing area clean and well stocked with supplies needed for phlebotomies.

High School diploma or GED equivalent required. 1-2 years of phlebotomy experience with certification also required.
