The Emergency Care Center Staff Nurse is responsible for assessing, analyzing, prescribing, intervening and evaluating the care of patients of all ages. After demonstrating competency, s/he utilizes clinical expertise in performing comprehensive triage and utilizes expert and timely decision-making skills.

Minimum of two years of medical-surgical nursing experience preferred. Graduation and training from an accredited school of nursing with current licensure by the Massachusetts B.O.R.N.. B.L.S. required upon hire or during orientation. A.C.L.S. required within 6 months of orientation.. Certification in emergency nursing preferred.
