A Registered Nurse who is responsible for the direct and indirect total nursing care of patients of all ages while in the operating room. S/he collaborates with physicians to provide quality patient care. S/he acts as a Service Leader assisting the nurse manager in planning, organizing, and supervising the operation of the service. Responsible to maintain instrumentation equipment and inventory of supplies for assigned service.

Minimum two years experience as an RN in a clinical setting. Graduation from an accredited school of nursing and current licensure by the Massachusetts B.O.R.N. B.S.N. preferred. B.L.S. certification required upon hire or during orientation and A.C.L.S. required within six months of orientation.
