- Journals circulate for 1 week (sign-out sheet on main desk of library)
- The most current issue of any journal does not circulate (but I will be happy to photocopy any article)
- Reference books do not circulate unless special arrangements are made.
- Hours
- The library is available to hospital staff 24 hours a day**
- The library is staffed Monday-Thursday 8 am - 2 pm and is located on the 4th floor, across from the Human Resource office.

- **For security purposes, the library is locked from 5 pm to 8 am weekdays and all weekend.

Fallon Tufts - Surveys
New Patient Satisfaction Survey A new patient satisfaction survey has been developed and has replaced the survey used for a number of years. The new survey is based on the anticipated national CAHPS surveys. We expect that all hospitals will be required to use the new survey so that hospitals can be directly compared with regard to patient satisfaction scores and that the Federal government will make the scores available to the public. The survey is not expected to be finalized in 2006, HMH will begin using the core questions now. For further more information on the survey you can
