If you need assistance in obtaining health insurance, Harrington HealthCare's Credit Department can help.
Financial assistance may be available if you are unable to pay for medical care, have no health insurance, or just need help with applying for assistance to any of the following programs: Mass Health, Commonwealth Care, Health Safety Net, Uninsured Relief Progam.
Drop In for Service
Cashiers and Financial Counselors are located off the main lobby of our Southbridge and Webster facilities. Just ask the receptionist. Cashiers accept payments by cash, personal check, traveler's checks, money orders and all credit cards and flexible spending cards. Cashiers can also assist you with payment plans, discounts.
Financial counselors will assist you with verifying your out-of-pocket expenses for up coming services.
Office hours in Southbridge are Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m., and in Webster, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Or, we can take payments and counsel you right over the phone. You may call ahead to make an appointment to be seen:
