Need Health Insurance?
If you need assistance in obtaining health insurance, Harrington HealthCare's Credit Department can help.
We have direct access to the new Virtual Gateway System. You can apply for MassHealth, Commonwealth Care or Health Safety Net Trust Fund. We can assist you with your application online and send it directly to your Enrollment Center for processing.
*New* Bi-Lingual Assistance
Harrington HealthCare is Expanding Access to Health Care. A Spanish speaking financial counselor is now available. If you have lost your health insurance coverage, or just need help with the paperwork, a bi-lingual counselor will be available:
- By calling 508-765-6493 on Tuesday or Thursday from 4-7 p.m.
- By coming in any Tuesday or Thursday from 4-7 p.m.
Stop by the front reception desk and ask to see a financial counselor.
Applications will require backup information submitted either with your application or mailed or faxed at a later date. You are welcome to call in advance on Tuesday or Thursday, to find out what would be needed to bring along.
Note: Paper applications in Spanish are also available outside the Credit Manager's office. Paper applications take up to 6-8 weeks to process.
Drop In for Service
Go to the Reception desk at the Southbridge or Webster main campus lobbys and ask for the Financial Counselors. She/He will complete your application online and send it to the Enrollment Center.

Harrington Financial Counselors can be reached in Southbridge by calling 508-765-3156 or 508-765-6493 from 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday. For assistance at our Webster campus, please call 508-949-8736 from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday.
