Need Health Insurance?
If you need assistance in obtaining health insurance, Harrington HealthCare's Credit Department can help.
We have direct access to the new Virtual Gateway System. You can apply for MassHealth, Commonwealth Care or Health Safety Net Trust Fund. We can assist you with your application online and send it directly to your Enrollment Center for processing.
Drop In for Service
Go to the Reception desk at the Southbridge or Webster main campus lobbys and ask for the Financial Counselors. She/He will complete your application online and send it to the Enrollment Center.

Harrington Financial Counselors can be reached in Southbridge by calling 508-765-3156 or 508-765-6493 from 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday. For assistance at our Webster campus, please call 508-949-8736 from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday.
Our staff can tell you what to bring with you for your appointment.
Do It Yourself
Call us and we will mail you a paper application. Please note - Paper applications could take up to 6-8 weeks to process. Applications will require backup information either submitted with your application or mailed/faxed at a later date.

For patients that do and do not have health insurance, we offer payment plans. Please contact the Credit Department at 508-765-3156 or 508-765-6493.
