A basic 4-week session on basic childbirth preparation class.
Class meets: Feb. 22; March 1, 8 and 15
Week one:  Process of birth; Body changes; Partner’s role; Relaxation
Week two:  Stages of labor; When to go to the hospital; What to bring & tour of the Family Birthing Center at Harrington
Week three:  Medication options; Epidurals, Induction, Pushing
Week four:  Cesarean birth; Positioning and breathing techniques; Massage

Six-week sessions available by adding
Home Safety/Infant CPR Class
and
Newborn Care Class
Cost: $110
