COVID-19 Testing at Southbridge

1. Select a test site and available time.

2. Complete the registration form.

3. Insurance card and proof of identity are required, as well as your test confirmation email or text message. Be sure to have your mobile phone in case we need to reach you.

4. Upon arrival please stay in your car and follow the posted instructions at the site.

5. If you have the rapid-results test, in most cases you will receive your results before leaving the office

if you have the regular PCR test, your sample will be sent to one of our lab partners and we will contact you with the results within 2 to 3 days, in most cases.
