SOUTHBRIDGE, Mass. – October 22, 2014 – Eric Reyes, M.D., Internal Medicine physician, has joined Harrington Physician Services in Southbridge at the Harrington Hospital campus.
Bilingual in English and Spanish, Dr. Reyes was trained in Puerto Rico and has a special interest in internal medicine and infectious disease. He earned his medical degree from the University of Puerto Rico and most recently completed a fellowship at VA Caribbean Healthcare System in San Juan.
“We have been fortunate to recently welcome two excellent, bilingual internal medicine physicians to our Southbridge campus,” said Ed Moore, President and CEO of Harrington HealthCare System. “Access to primary care medicine continues to be a need in this community, and we are happy to provide well-trained, local physicians for patients in Southbridge and surrounding areas.”
Located in the Medical Arts building at 100 South Street, Dr. Reyes joins Cristobal Rivera, M.D., the other bilingual internist to recently join Harrington Physician Services; Marsha Lavoie, M.D., and Joan McHugh, N.P.
Dr. Reyes is a member of Infectious Diseases Society of America (IDSA), Colegio de Medicos Cirujanos de Puerto Rico, and American Medical Association (AMA).
