SOUTHBRIDGE, Mass., July 8, 2013 — Harrington HealthCare System has hired Marie A. King, M.D., as an Emergency Medicine Physician.
In her position, Dr. King will work in both of Harringtons Emergency Care Centers, in Southbridge at Harrington Hospital and in Webster at Harrington HealthCare at Hubbard. The two Emergency Care Centers see a total of approximately 37,000 patient visits a year.
Dr. King, who earned both an M.D. in Medicine and a Ph.D in Biomedical Sciences from the University of Massachusetts Medical School in Worcester, also did her residency at the medical school. Dr. King is also trained as a LifeFlight Physician.
