ER Online Check-In

Schedule your visit to the Emergency Department by holding your spot in line, online. Simply select an available time that works best for you and skip the waiting room to do most of your waiting from the comfort of home. Once you arrive at your selected time, you should be seen promptly by a medical professional.

If your condition is life threatening, do NOT use Online Check-in. Call 911 or go immediately to the nearest Emergency Department.

Please note: ER Online Check-In applies to the Southbridge Emergency Department only. Located at 100 South Street, Southbridge.

Patients receiving care in any outpatient setting may have 1 visitor accompany them, if it is necessary to do so for the well-being of the patient.

All visitors will be screened for symptoms such as fever or cough and must wear a mask at all times.
