The Harrington Provider of the Year award is given annually to a provider who embodies one or more characteristics of a true and valued leader. The award started in 2011 and has been an annual tradition each fall at our provider recognition event.
Nominations are judged on:
• Reasons why a provider was nominated;
• Number of nominations received;
• Active medical staff membership (required)
The Provider of the Year Award Winner must embody the following characteristics:
caring • collegial • quality • safety • leadership • cooperation • integrity • flexible • diversity • available • reliable
The winner(s) are announced at our annual Provider Recognition Event in November.
