We know most medical costs are unexpected, and understanding your medical bills can be complicated. The Harrington financial team wants to help you meet your treatment needs. Our billing specialists and financial counselors are available to help answer your questions.

Can I pay my bill online?

Yes, our online payment service enables you to pay patient bills quickly, securely and conveniently. You can pay all or part of your bill online. There are no fees associated with paying your bill online or on the phone. We accept: CHECK, VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS (excluding HPS), DISCOVER, DEBIT, and HSA/FSA.

When using our online bill pay system:

  • Most Fields are required
  • Enter your name exactly as it appears on your bill
  • When entering your hospital reference number, enter exactly as it appears on your bill – this is located at the top right corner of the bill.
  • When entering your Zip Code – enter the 5-digit zip code

Visitor Policy & Masking 

Effective December 1, 2022, UMass Memorial Health -Harrington has implemented a new visitor policy:

  • Inpatient Medical Units – up to 2 visitors are allowed at a time (visiting hours are 10 AM to 8 PM)
  • Outpatient Areas and Physician Services Offices – one visitor is allowed
  • Emergency Departments in Southbridge and Webster – one visitor is allowed

Masks are optional and encouraged for patients and visitors.
