SOUTHBRIDGE, MA– The Cancer Center at Harrington is expanding its medical team in January with the addition of Donna Kentley, PA-C.
Donna received her physician assistant certificate from Northeastern University, Bouve College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences. She most recently practiced at the University of Massachusetts Medical Center.
“We are excited to welcome Donna to our medical team,” said Pam Zouranjian Connor, director of the Cancer Center at Harrington. “Our goal is to provide our patients with the best care possible and this includes accommodating for treatment and follow-up appointments.”
Donna will join Cancer Center Medical Director Christopher Seidler, M.D., and Yasser Rehman, M.D. in the 55 Sayles Street treatment center where she will see patients for inpatient and outpatient consults, as well as routine appointments.
A member of the Association of Physician Assistants in Oncology, Donna was awarded the Outstanding Advanced Practice Provider of the Year in 2015 by Group Health Physicians. She was also on the public health team deployed twice in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom in 2004 and 2008, where she provided humanitarian aid and assessed medical conditions across several provinces in Iraq.
The Cancer Center at Harrington offers advanced treatment for oncology and hematology, including infusion and radiation therapy, blood transfusions, genetic counseling, lymphedema and nutrition counseling.
