SOUTHBRIDGE, MA, September 16, 2019— Harrington HealthCare System is asking for the community’s support in completing an online health needs assessment survey. One lucky participant will win an Amazon Gift Card.

The healthcare system is responsible for completing a community health assessment every three years. Data is also compiled from internal reports, registries and state data to reflect the current health trends, deficits and opportunities for improvement in the communities it serves.
The data is included in a Community Benefits report every hospital and healthcare system in the state is required to send to the state’s Attorney General office. This report complements the outreach and support programs the healthcare system offers over the course of the calendar year.
The survey will be open through October 15. To be eligible to win the Amazon Gift card, participants need to enter their email on the first page and answer the required questions throughout the survey.
