SOUTHBRIDGE, Mass. – January 15, 2015 – Diana Rabkina, M.D., Ph.D., Board-Certified in Pediatrics, has joined the Harrington Physician Services (HPS) pediatric practice. HPS is the physician group for Harrington HealthCare System.
Dr. Rabkina will work with Dr. Cynthia Wilson-Grillo in Suite 102 of the Medical Arts Building in Southbridge. She will see newborns and children through age 18.
Dr. Rabkina, a native of Russia, has more than 10 years’ experience in the pediatric field. Her most recent position was at Aspirus Pediatrics in Wausau, Wis.
“We are pleased to have an experienced pediatrician like Dr. Rabkina join our practice,” said Kristin Morales, Executive Director for Harrington Physician Services. “We recognize the need for access to local pediatricians in our community, and Dr. Rabkina is a great fit for Southbridge, Sturbridge, Charlton, and surrounding areas.”
Previously, Dr. Rabkina also worked as a pediatrician at Newport Pediatrics and Adolescent Medicine in Newport, Vt. In addition, she served as a research associate in the Rheumatology Department for Massachusetts General Hospital and Harvard Medical School in Boston.
Dr. Rabkina completed her medical schooling, residency, and Ph.D. program at the First Moscow Medical Academy in Russia. She went on to become an assistant professor at the school until 1991, when she came to the United States.
