SOUTHBRIDGE, Mass., March 23, 2018 – Lowell Kallen, M.D., has joined Harrington Behavioral Health Services at their new location at 17 Kennedy Drive, in Putnam, Conn. as a Child & Family Psychiatrist.
With more than 30 years of experience in child and adolescent mental health therapy, Dr. Kallen has spent the last three years at Day Kimball Healthcare. His familiarity in the Putnam area will provide comfort for patients looking to transition or make a new appointment for psychiatry in the northeastern Connecticut community.
Dr. Kallen received his medical degree from Johns Hopkins University, in Baltimore, Maryland. He completed a residency in pediatrics and a residency in psychiatry at the Naval Regional Medical Center in Oakland, Calif. He completed his fellowship in child psychiatry at Langley Porter Institute, University of California, in San Francisco. He is board certified in pediatrics, psychiatry, and neurology.
