Patient Portal

Confidential, Safe, Secure Access to Your Health Information

Harrington HealthCare System is pleased to offer our patients the latest in managing your health online with our patient portal system – Follow My Health.

There are two ways to join the Harrington HealthCare System through the Patient Portal. You can connect with Harrington Hospital (if you were an inpatient and had lab work or imaging studies performed) or you can connect as a Harrington Physician Services patient (or both!) Best of all, it’s completely free to use.

The portal is a safe and convenient way to stay in charge of your health.

When connected to the Harrington Hospital Portal, you can view:

  • Medication and Allergy List and Immunization History
  • Personal Profile, including address, insurance and Harrington Hospital medical record number
  • Vital Signs and Health Indicators
  • Lab Results
  • Hospital Discharge Instructions

When connected to the Harrington Physician Services Portal, you can:

  • View upcoming appointments
  • Request prescription refills
  • View Medication and Allergy List and Immunization History
  • View lab results, vital signs, and health indicators
  • Maintain allergy and medication lists
  • Update your personal profile, including address and insurance
  • Become a proxy for children or other dependents

Save time and minutes waiting on the phone!

The Portal is available in Spanish.
