Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) Therapy

Effective, Drug-Free Treatment for Major Depressive Disorder and Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder

We are pleased to offer Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) therapy. TMS is a non-invasive, FDA-approved treatment option for adults with major depressive disorder (MDD) or obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) who have failed to achieve satisfactory improvement from prior medication or psychotherapy treatments. TMS has also been shown to beneficially alter neurotransmission in other brain areas involved in several disorders, including anxiety and insomnia.

A study of real-world outcomes reported an 83% response rate which means patients experienced notable relief, and a 62% remission rate which means their depression effectively went away.**12

What is TMS?

TMS is a form of neuromodulation treatment, a cutting-edge and fast-growing method of treatment for a wide variety of brain and nervous system disorders and conditions. Neuromodulation treatments use targeted stimulation of the brain and/or nervous system to deliver significant relief – and even life-changing improvement – of these disorders.  Here is a video on how TMS Therapy works for people with depression.
