SOUTHBRIDGE, Mass., December 30, 2010 – Shaila Chauhan, M.D., a Reproductive Endocrinologist and Infertility specialist with UMass Memorial Medical Group, has partnered with Harrington Hospital to provide Reproductive Endocrinology services.
Dr. Chauhan is accepting new patients at the Womens Center on the Harrington Hospital campus in Southbridge. For an appointment or more information, please call 508-765 -3079.
“We are very happy to include Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility services to the variety of care we provide at the Womens Center,” said Kathy Franco-Anthony, Director of Imaging and Cardiopulmonary Services. “We know Dr. Chauhan will do a great job in helping many women in our community who are looking for a reproductive specialist.”
Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility specializes in the identification and care of reproductive disorders. Many couples will often visit a reproductive endocrinologist when deciding upon fertility treatments.
Dr. Chauhan comes to Harrington from UMass Memorial HealthCare where she is a practicing physician. She is board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology and Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility. She is also an Assistant Professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Massachusetts Medical School.
Dr. Chauhan received her medical degree at Grant Medical College in Mumbai, India. She completed her residency at Rhode Island Hospital, Beverly Hospital, and Boston Lying-In Hospital. She completed her fellowship at medical University of South Carolina.
