At its Annual Meeting at Harrington Hospital in Southbridge on October 29, Harrington HealthCare System elected James Waddick Chairman of the Board and elected two new members to its Board of Directors – Jose Dingui and Karen Spiewak – to replace two Board members whose terms had expired.
New Chairman of the Board James Waddick, an executive at United Lens in Southbridge, served as Vice Chairman in Fiscal Year 2013. He replaces Terri Colognesi, an executive at Savers Bank, as Chair. Colognesi, whose term as Chair has expired, remains on the Board.
Jose Dingui is a sergeant on the Southbridge Police Department who helps run the Cops ‘n Kids program, a town-wide program that teaches leadership skills to youth.
Karen Spiewak, of Charlton, is a well-known healthcare educator and consultant who is involved in civic affairs.
