Every adult, 18 years and old, or their Health Care Agent and Guardian, has the right to be fully informed about their health care to make choices for care that reflect each individual’s care goals, values and priorities.

Visitor Policy & Masking 

Effective December 1, 2022, UMass Memorial Health -Harrington has implemented a new visitor policy:

  • Inpatient Medical Units – up to 2 visitors are allowed at a time (visiting hours are 10 AM to 8 PM)
  • Outpatient Areas and Physician Services Offices – one visitor is allowed
  • Emergency Departments in Southbridge and Webster – one visitor is allowed

Masks are optional and encouraged for patients and visitors.
