Community Assistance Recovery for Everyone (CARE) is a positive and collaborative effort that offers help to those with a substance abuse disorder.

We are dedicated to providing assistance to those who want help, but aren’t sure where to turn next. We want our program to be a resource for all community members, but it’s important to note the individual cannot be forced into treatment and must seek services on their own.

Anyone living in the Southbridge-area community can go to the Southbridge Police Department (day or night) and request help for their substance use disorder. A call is then placed to Harrington’s PES team, and support staff arrives to evaluate the individual’s condition and connect them to services on the spot.
