Laboratory Services

The health care professionals at Harrington HealthCare Labs are committed to providing outstanding testing quality and customer service for all residents of south central Massachusetts and northern Connecticut regardless of your insurance coverage and referring physician.

Our laboratories are accredited by the College of American Pathologists (CAP) and the American Association of Blood Banks (AABB).

To have your blood drawn at a Harrington lab, you only need to meet a few basic requirements: You must have an order signed by your physician that specifies your name, date of birth, a diagnosis, date of order, required tests and information about how/to whom to deliver the results.

When you arrive at one of our lab’s blood draw stations, you will spend a few minutes with one of our registrars who will enter your information into our system before seeing a phlebotomist. To shorten this process, and get you in and out more quickly, call our Express Registration service at 508-765-3136 at least 24 hours in advance.

We also perform testing at our STAT Lab located on the Harrington HealthCare at Webster campus. A STAT lab is simply a stand-alone lab facility capable of performing a variety of tests, most results which can be interpreted quickly for critical diagnoses.
